The Universal Access Fund (UAF)/ Project Implementation Unit (PIU) therefore invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the implementation of these projects. The Universal Access Fund (UAF)/ Project Implementation Unit (PIU) will apply the International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedures approved by the Public Procurement and Concessions Commission (PPCC) specified in the amended and restated Public Procurement and Concessions Act of 2010 to procure the works which is opened to all qualified bidders meeting criteria set in the Bidding Documents.
Qualification requirements include:
Original Business Registration Certificate from the Liberia Business Registry
Recent Tax Clearance Certificate from Liberia Revenue Authority and PPCC vendor Certificate
Experience or History for the least five or more contracts of your business.

Bids must be delivered in a sealed envelope to the address below on or before Friday July 31, 2023 at 1:00pm. Electronic bidding shall will be permitted by email to the addresses above. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened physically in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in person on August 4, 2023 at 11:30 am in the office of the UAF/PIU.
All bids shall be accompanied by the following:
